Learn more about me and where our orbits can intersect.
Who's Nya? Asking someone who there are is always a question with an abundance of answers. I am a daughter, partner, mother, auntie, friend, bestie, colleague and chosen family.
I am a belly laugher, a choir and karaoke singer, a salsa and dance-party-in-the-living-room-with-the-kids dancer, a forest walker who loves a quasar and a stargazer who love a pine, a heavy eye-roller and mouth-gapping-open wonderer.
I am guided and a guide, written and a writer, healing and a healer, heard and a listener.
I am the Imago Dei-loving space-preacher, the deacon of Dignity, the prophetess of Wonder, and the Pentecostal AstroMystic.
I am a theatre kid, a 90s R&B stan, a water lover, a moon celebrater, and a food pleasure-seeker.
I am a worldbuilder, a tender of imaginations, a community participant, a somatic guide, an intuitive apothecary, and more...

es•sh•ec studio
an intuitive apothecary

Resurrection is common in the cosmos. For me, a major thing was coming to an end when I got the energizing idea to create an apothecary space where I could care for people with my gifts and modalities. es•sh•ec studio originally a secret apothecary, is the place you can come for energetic support, spiritual healing, and emotional care. Modalities include space-holding for listening and intuitive guidance, card pulls in dialogue with Spirit (not future telling), plant energetics, somatic strategies, prescriptions for play, creative curio, and more. Find out more and book an appointment.
writing + wonder

I began explicitly considering and writing about wonder in 2021, created my publication Of Earth & Of Stars in 2022, published my first book Welcome, Wonder: A Season Of Practice To Curate An Awe-Filled Life in 2024, and am part of both fiction and genre-fluid writing spaces today.
Wonder saved me. And I mean that.
I believe Wonder is a companioning medicine that is readily available, but one we often overlook or downplay. Wonder has become a close friend, a bestie really. And I would be elated to introduce yall; let's all hang out sometime! You can read my work at my online publication.
